Honoring the intelligence of the crystal and its timeless elegance, Baccarat, the 250 years old House of crystal, has just celebrated the opening of its first «Baccarat Hotel & Residences» in New York. A unique and exceptional place, where one can indulge oneself in a Baccarat ambiance. Facing the MoMA, Museum of Modern Art, and just steps away from the legendary shops of Fifth Avenue, the hotel is a true Baccarat showcase. With its wall of 2000 backlit Harcourt glasses, its 17 chandeliers and 15,000 glasses for the service, it occupies the first 12 floors of the tower rising to 168 meters above West 53rd Street. «Baccarat Hotel & Residences New York» features 114 rooms and furnished suites and a French restaurant, le «Chevalier», supervised by Shea Galante, Michelin starred chef. The hotel also features a Grand Salon, a bar 18 meters long with a terrace overlooking the MoMA, an indoor 15 meters swimming pool, a fitness center and the first Spa of the sea in the United States. The remaining 38 floors of the tower are home to seventy private residences decorated with Baccarat creations.
