New inspiration and culinary destination, contemporary French brasserie, Les Malins, opened in Backyard, Hazmieh. Offering a new view of French cuisine, Les Malins meets the many different multi-regional styles that make up the gastronomic landscape of this legendary destination. The media were invited to enjoy dinner with a special performance by taking the trip to Paris in the company of French-Lebanese chef Fadi Frem and Italian Moroccan chef Aadnan Ramzey, who have a long experience on the market. In the kitchen, they prepared to diners an exquisite and exclusive dining experience.
