The May Chidiac Foundation, MCF, organized at Phoenicia Hotel, a convention of importance under the patronage of minister Boutros Harb and in collaboration with the German corporation Friedrich-Ebert Stiftung, represented by Achim Vogt, about the freedom of digital communication that marked the world, regarding social, political and economic orientations. During the conference, Julien Assange, founder of Wikileaks, and for the first time after his Internet deprivation, revealed in direct by Skype that he is still political refugee at the Ecuadorian embassy in London, on the other hand the opening of the ALAC Academy of Leadership & Applied Communication- will enable interested people to develop their competencies and the art to manage through communication. Achim Vogt declared that written information generates more credible document than digital information.
