An array of political personalities as well as social figures, were present at Auditorium Emile Bustani of hotel Al Bustan, on the invitation of the president and the committee of the festival. A concert under the direction of maestro Gianluca Marciano charmed the public at the opening. A classical program is scheduled for this year festival. On the program were Herodias and Thais of Massenet, Samson and Delilah of St. Saens, Semiramis of Rossini, Queen of Saba of Gounod, and Mithridates and Idomeneus of Mozart, divinely interpreted by Anush Hovhannisyan, soprano; Ketevan Kemoklidze, mezzo-soprano; Giulio Pelligra, tenor; And Igor Golovatenko, baritone.
