Imagine New York, more specifically Wall Street, in the Nineties, before the technology boom. That’s where the inspiration for this new season comes from. Recalling Demi Moore in Mortal Thoughts, the collection bears witness to the energy of the urban woman, who embraces her inner strength and expresses her attitude through her wardrobe. This woman embraces her status in the professional field, takes her destiny in hand and connects to the world through her force of will and sheer tenacity.
«Happiness» mirrors a woman with bright energy and an unstoppable inner smile. Kristina Fidelskaya designs for women always on the go, those who love and appreciate quality, who want to wear something comfortable yet elegant. Wearing her designs, any woman can become confident throughout her day. “In my creative process, I always want to create garments that are real and easy to wear. For the first part, I can only imagine what my collection will look like, so when I see my vision of the modern- day woman come alive on the models, it puts a big smile on my face, it makes me so happy. I always try to name my collections based on my feelings of the moment,” said Kristina.
The Fall / Winter 2019 collection is designed around textures and materials, like worsted wool and washed viscose twill, each one selected to impart a feeling of comfort and softness. All pieces were developed to create emotion through the senses: fluid silk shirts and trench coats in alligator-print lambskin, structured dresses, and coats in wool flannel. The color palette plays with blacks, reds, yellow, camel and pink.
Skilled craftsmanship, now a signature for Kristina Fidelskaya, is present throughout the collection. Kristina is speaking to the contemporary world whilst capturing the essence of the Nineties with made-to-measure coats, oversized slouchy shoulders, tailoring with gold buttons and sheath dresses.
The brand’s DNA has always been providing elegant wardrobe solutions to the women of today. This collection continues in that proud tradition.
